Data collected

The website only collects data when you fill in the quote request form:

• name, email address;
• project type, estimated budget (optional) and project description.

To prevent abusive submissions (3 requests per 10 minutes), a non-reversible hash of your IP address is stored temporarily on the server, unrelated to the content of your request.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request and prepare a quote. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is never sold or used for advertising.

Recipients and processors

• Design Internet, sole recipient of requests;
• Resend, which delivers the form message to our mailbox;
• Hostinger, which hosts the website;
• Cloudflare, for anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Retention

Requests are kept for 3 years from the last exchange, then deleted, unless a business relationship begins.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies, so no consent banner is shown. Typefaces are hosted on the website itself: no data is sent to a third-party font service.
